Is a premium variety of Chinese oolong tea .
This oolong is typically close to a green tea, it has a very flowery, delicate aroma without the green tea "grassy"aroma.
Tieguanyin is $3,000 per kilo and approx $15 for a single cup.

A few species of birds called cave swifts or swiftlets use their saliva to construct small nests on the cave walls. Hong Kong and the US are the largest importers of these nests. In Hong Kong a bowl of Bird Nest Soup would cost $30 to $100 . A kilogram of white nest can cost up to $2,000 , and a kilogram of red blood nest can cost up to $10,000.
